About Emma Fawcett-Eustace

How did Emma Fawcett-Eustace start?

At the time, the concept of “fewer, better” anything was innovative, but especially so in the e-commerce flower space. Frustrated by scrolling through endless (and lackluster, in our opinion) options offered by the giant online florists, Christina developed the first business model for Emma Fawcett-Eustace: one daily arrangement. No sizes, flower type, or color to choose from – just one bouquet designed with the best of the best from Emma Fawcett-Eustace’s growers.

And that single bouquet? It became the proverbial seed from which the company that is Emma Fawcett-Eustace today would grow. And while we have a few more options now than the one it all started with, our more minimalist model still has the same roots: fewer choices so we can offer, in our opinion, better flowers. The type of flowers that we would want to receive and, if the past 11 years are any indication, recipients do, too.

To date, we’ve shipped millions of orders to homes all over the contiguous United States. Our signature burlap-wrapped bouquets, shippable vase arrangements, single variety bouquets, plants, gifts, and more have helped our customers celebrate birthdays, promotions, weddings, new babies and so much more.

How does ordering work?

Just like you shop for anything (and everything, it seems!) online these days, you can browse the selection of available arrangements and bouquets on our website. Once you find your bouquet or another gift of choice, you can select your desired delivery window on the product page and checkout from there!

If you need some help please give us a call at 949-842-1025 and we are happy to help!

Tell me more about your model – is it possible the arrangement I order won’t look like what’s in the photo?

The short answer is yes, on occasion – because flowers are sisters (or sometimes cousins!), not twins. The wonderful product we work with is naturally occurring and not man-made, so color, shape, size, and texture can all vary – even within a single variety of flower. Mother Nature is an artist, not a manufacturing line, so this sort of variation is expected and one of the things we love most about flowers!

On the subject of the photos – when we design a new arrangement we always start by working with our growers to get an idea of what’s in season and readily available. This is where our recipes begin. We photograph and launch this recipe on our website but, just like in the kitchen, sometimes as we’re designing that same arrangement to send out for an order we find we need to make little changes here and there. Maybe a certain flower arrived looking less than stellar from a grower or temperature caused a color change in a variety, but whatever the reason we make these changes to ensure (1) we’re sending out the freshest flowers possible and (2) that we’re sending out the best, most beautiful arrangement we can. This dedication may mean that, from time to time, we need to make substitutions for certain flowers in an arrangement.

We know when you come to Emma Fawcett-Eustace and we can’t guarantee a recipient’s favorite flower or that an arrangement will look exactly like the photo that we’re asking for a lot of trust. But that’s a responsibility we take seriously and have worked over the past ten plus years to grow a reputation that proves when we make a change, it’s one we make to make sure we send out the type of bouquet we’d want to receive ourselves.
